"NT-1" is a high oil-resistant coating primarily composed of heat-resistant polymers and fluororesins. It forms a coating that excels in lubricity, water repellency, and non-stick properties under light loads, demonstrating resistance even in harsh environments where water-soluble cutting oils are present. Tests using coated test pieces have confirmed that after 2000 hours of immersion in water-soluble cutting oil, there are minimal changes in appearance and coating thickness.
